hiei is strong willed which is one of the many reasons that he has advanced to the level he is at such a young age. he will do what ever it takes to get the mission done even if he has to die. he has learned to show no emotions towards death, and instead embrace it. he believes that their is no reason in fearing something that he can not control. which allows him to put his life on the line and not show a hint of stress or care from it. he believes that if killing a few will save a thousand than he will kill the few. he thinks that his work is for the good of the people and keeps their life first even before his own. because it is them that keeps him hidden form they enemy.
hiei is highly intelligent able to think several steps ahead of his opponent. he has even been acknowledged by his master as they best that the clan has to offer. he is very calm in battle and docent take his opponents lightly. he always expects more form his opponents leaving him over prepared. how ever if things do go to easy then he tends to get a little cocky. especially if his opponent is not even a challenge.
hiei follows orders to the T not letting anything distract him from accomplishing his mission. this is why he requests to work alone when he has the chance. he feels that others will just slow him down.

Kekkei Genkai:eagle eye- is a doujutsu that allows the user to see peoples true intentions. meaning that they can give different color aura to different types of enemy's. most clan members use red for their main target yellow for innocents and blue for enemy's. This helps they assassins find their targets. It also has a telescopic vision allowing the user to see over great distances. Which also helps with throwing weapons. (around 60 yards) it also grants immunity to genjutsu equal to the assassins rank. They eye is not passed down though blood but instead is given to the assassins by joining. If any one tries to leave the clan after joining and receiving the eye they are killed. (once your in your in for life no way to back out) But they must give up their right eye in order to receive the new eye. Their right eye is always pure white until activated and it gains a grayish color to it.

the clan is really not a convectional clan. Most of its members are not even related, but are referred to as brothers/sister. They are all orphans that have bean taken in off of the street and learned the way of the clan. After they are apart of the clan if there is anything wrong with them like a missing finger or has some dysfunction they are killed. From they time that they are brought to the clan they are trained in all the ways of the assassin. They learn how to use their chakra to walk on walls and claim building. They learn how to fight with all of the weapons that are at their disposal once they are a full member. Which is when they will receive the eagle eye.
The clan is not apart of any village and at they same time is apart of all of they villages. They take missions from every village and carry them out mostly they are assassination missions because of how the clan works. They keep members of their clan in each village. As orphans that are attending the academy and becoming genin and advancing through the ranks. They members that are put in different villages all know about each other, but for the sake of the mission will not say anything to each other about the clan. They tend to rise through the ranks quickly because of all of their training that they have already been through plus all of the weapons that they have already.
One of they most powerful tools at their disposal is a sword that is made over and over again for each member. It does not change in appearance or power, but its element changes from one person to another based on their element. The secret of the sword is not tolled and in fact only one person other then the leader of the clan even knows how it is made. And he is the guy that makes it as well as all of they other weapons for the clan.
The clan has been around for generations, and they only people that even knows that it exist is the kages of each village, and they have been pre warned that if they ever talked about the clan that they would be killed. Because of this the clan has a secret base in every village. They are all underground and quit big. These bases is they only place that the clan members can go to talk about what is going on with the clan.
Because of their training most members of the clan are smaller then most other shinobi. Allowing them to be faster and quicker then most of every one of their rank. (10% faster and quicker) they also show very little emotion and has a very high tolerance for pain. Because of what they have already been through. They do not hesitate to kill because that is what they are trained to do.
The clan lives by a creed that is law, and if broken punishment will be handed out.

These rules are not written but passed down from member to member. If they are broken then the punishment will be decided upon by the clan leader based on how sever they broke the creed.
Inside of the clan there have their own ranks. These do not go by age or anything of the sort, but instead goes by skill and power. So for an example their could be a novice that skips two or three levels in the ranking based on his skill. The ranks go as followed.
(=to academy student) Rank 1 also called Novice- they are given no weapons or armor. They spend most of their time training, and do extremely easy mission that are for the clan with they only award being that the more they do the more of a chance they will have at ranking up.
(=to genin) Rank 2- at this rank the clans men are given their sword and the hidden blade. The sword will not be able to channels any chakra do to the fact that it has not absorb enough from the user yet to develop its own.
Rank 3- at this rank the clans men is given a short sword, and they learn how to counter attacks and go for the kill. They are also given access to the hideouts located through out the hidden villages.
Rank 4- at this rank they are given their finale weapon throwing knives. They also learn how to tackle enemy’s with out hurting them self’s or revealing were they are. They also learn the leap of faith jutsu and gain the eagle eye as well.
(=to chuunin)Rank 5- at this rank they are given a piece of armor for their hands. It is light weight and thin but it allows them to catch weapons with out cutting their hands. They are also granted access to the hideouts out side of the hidden villages. They also is now trained in how to catch ledges so that they may reach areas that they couldn’t before. At this rank they start to receive assassination missions from the clan.
Rank 6- at this rank they are given another piece of armor for their feet this time. A pair of boots that is both light weight and durable. They reduce sound to the point that it cant be heard unless they are doing something load like jumping on tin. Their sword also has absorbed enough chakra and can now use its own chakra. (enough for maybe 5 jutsu)
(=to Jounin)Rank 7- at this rank the clans men is given a knife belt that provides protection from attacks and allows them to carry even more throwing knives. They also gain access to all the information that the clan as collected on any of the villages. (at this rank they will know about they most popular or powerful clans in every village. Meaning that they won’t know everything that they can do but they will know some things about them. Ex. Being that they would know that the sharingan allows the user to copy jutsu.
Rank 8- at this rank his sword has absorbed enough chakra to increase they amount of jutsu it can do in one day. (goes up to 10)
Rank 9- at this rank it is reveled to them that their short sword is like their long sword. Though not able to use jutsu of their own it can give the chakra absorbed by it to they other sword. (adds another 5) they also gain they ability to give their throwing knives an element as well to increase its damage and effect based on the element.
(=to S rank) Rank 10-at this rank they are given a second knife belt. their sword increases in power once again. (goes up to 15)

It is made of silver with strong steel. The demons eyes on the handle is made of ruby and has swirls all in it because of the chakra stored in it.

Special Abilities: the sword starts to absorb chakra from the user from the time it is given to them until they enter a battle. They can not use this chakra till they are chuunin however. The sword is also extremely durable and sharp making it a powerful weapon even before they are able to use the chakra stored in side of they weapon. because of the way the sword works it only gets more powerful as it absorbs chakra. while not in battle the chakra absorbed helps keep the blade from rusting and fixes any nicks or scratches that it might have received in battle.

Description: the user uses the element of their sword and fires a dragon shaped blast from the tip. The element of the blast depends on the element of the sword. Different damage can happen with each element. Ex. Fire would leave a burn, lighting would numb ect. But there will always be broken bones and heavy bruising if not defended against. (has fire element and will add a burn affect for the rest of the rp if not defended)

Description: the user uses their swords chakra nature while spinning with their sword facing out point first. And combines it with the swords element. Creating different types of damage based on the element. Ex. Fire would make a flaming tornado, wind would make a cutting tornado. They only thing that is for sure is that any attack of and below the users rank is deflected. Can only maintain for one post. (has a fire element will create a flaming tornado that will melt any weapons thrown at him while in this state. also will burn any one that gets close enough to him)

Description: this is the clans men final trunk card. They take all of the chakra that they have left and mix it with their life force. They then proceed to blow them self’s up. They explosion is huge and devastating if they enemy is caught in the blast they will take damage according to how close they are from they explosion. Naturally if they are caught within 5 feet of the user the probability of death is 95%. they explosion is about 20 yards in diameter.
