shinobi responsibility

(they can make one more character to use unless they already have two characters)
1)It is the hokaga's responsibility to rank up chuunins and pick thier anbu along with any defenses they deem necessary. (this can be done via tournament or special conditions)
2) it is also the responsibility of the hokaga to keep the peace with they other villages. or their could be another ninja war if things are not handled carefully.
3)the hokaga must also put the gennin into teams, and find them missions to complete to help gain experience in combat.

1)anbu are responsible for protecting the village and taking care of powerful shinobi that try to leave the village.
2)they are to take on A to S rank missions to bring money into the village.
3)they are to protect the hokaga at all costs

1)jounin are to take on genin as students
2)they take on B to A rank missions and some times S
3)they are to help in taking care of missing nin

1)chuunin are responsible for protecting the village and are usually posted at the main gate.
2)chuunin take on C, B and some A rank missions
3)chuunin also take on genin as teachers, they can also be paired up to take on missions

1)genin are placed into squards with two other genin and a jounin. or one other genin and a chuunin
2)they take on D and C ranked missions
3)they must take the chuunin exams in order to advance in rank
