General Rules and Guidelines for Puppets
1) Any chakra used by any puppets will come from the user themselves, meaning that puppets are inanimate objects and basically work like a chakra conductive weapon, with the exception that the amount of chakra to be sent to the puppets it minute enough to warrant an Academy Student to manipulate one.

Note: Rank is partially determined by how complicated its devices are among other things, weapons allowed per rank E 1, D-3, C-5, B 10, A 15, S 20 (not including human puppets)

Human Puppets
Name: [Original Character's Name]
Rank: [Rank of the character upon death]
Description:[Including the looks of the original character]
Devices: [With a description of how the thing works, as well as its location and desired special abilities, like poison, retractable cables ect]
Weapons: [Knowledge of the appropriate specialty must have been know to the character prior to death, no weapon may exceed the user's rank]
Jutsu: [Cannot exceed the puppet user's rank nor may they use an element the user doesn't not have, KKGs are lost upon death]
Origin: [Must include how you killed this person, human puppets must be an actual approved character]


Puppet limitations; Genin = 2 puppets, Chuunin = 4 puppets, Jounin = 6 puppets, Higher Ranks = 10 puppets.
